Along with providing comfortable student housing and a la carte services , Campuséa designs every residence hall like a home. Located near student centers and urban public services, Campuséa residence halls also provide the benefit of safety. A protected environment utilizing 24 hour video surveillance, as well as the presence of an on-site staff member living in the building*.Student Rentals - Freedom and Serenity
The on-site staff member is each Campuséan's special spokesperson to welcome them, inform them or even help with administrative procedures. Thanks to his/her presence, maintenance is also continuously ensured. A question about a repair or your rental account? The maintenance and management team located in Paris will answer all Campuséans' questions

Catering: feeling a little hungry? Feel like a refreshing drink? Vending machines provide a broad choice of snacks and drinks. A wide selection for every taste ranging from salty snacks to healthy products.
Housekeeping option: come home from classes to a spotless apartment ready for studying. It's possible! Just leave your keys at the reception desk and a qualified specialist will do the cleaning.
Household Linen Kit: no more cluttered closets! Bedsheets, pillows, bathroom and kitchen linen can be rented for a period of 15 days.
Kit for a Short-term Stay: linen kit rental for a short-term stay including necessary toiletries (soap, bath/shower gel, cup) and a housekeeping set (dish liquid, sponge, trash can, hangers, broom, dustpan).
Laundromat: forget about the nightmare of dirty laundry piling up. Located in the middle of the residence hall, the laundromat has professional washing machines and dryers.
Parking (depending on the residence hall): finding a place to park your car, motorcycle or scooter is no longer a problem. Campuséans with vehicles can rent a reserved parking space.
A complete breakfast: you can enjoy a complete and varied breakfast in the Cyber Lounge first thing in the morning. Tea, coffee or even hot chocolate, fruit juice and pastries… The best way to start the day off right and avoid being tired out by 10 AM!
