For Students

For students whose income is less than four times the amount of rent including charges must have one or two guarantors in order to complete a rental application.

For the Guarantor

The guarantor must have income equal to 6 times the amount of rent including charges.

Two Accepted Guarantors

In the event that one sole garantor does not have income that is at least equivalent to six times the rent, it is possible to add a second guarantor. The two guarantors must have a cumulative income that is at least equivalent to 6 times the amount of rent including charges.

Bank Guarantee

Foreign students and students without guarantors may provide a bank guarantee. This must be granted by a bank with an office in France. It must be equal to one year's rent including all charges.

For Young Professionals

Young professionals must have income equivalent to four times the amount of rent including charges.
