For Future Renters
- photocopy of valid passport - photocopy of visa or "carte de séjour" (foreign resident permit) or comparable valid document - photocopy of student I.D. card or proof of registration if need be - a "relevé d'identité bancaire" (official bank account details slip) from a bank with an office in France - for employed students: photocopy of last three payslips and work contract
For the Guarantor
- photocopy of last 3 payslips - photocopy of last income tax declaration (complete copy) - photocopy of last rent receipt - "taxe foncière" (real estate tax) if an owner - recent employer's certificate - photocopy of valid I.D. - a "relevé d'identité bancaire" (official bank account details slip)
