Campuséa are experts in student studio rental. With nine premium residence halls near the major university centers, our accommodation is perfectly suited to a demanding clientele.

Our range of accommodation depends on the residence selected, but it varies from the student studio to the 1 BR, from 15 to 39m2, whether you prefer living by yourself or in a shared apartment.

15, 16, 18, 24 or even 31m2, the size of our studios vary, depending on the residences. However, whether you are looking for a 'Paris student studio rental' or a 'Lille student studio', all our residence halls offer the same levels of comfort. Our ambition: to allow all students to learn, eat, sleep and entertain friends as if they were at home.

Our student studios include a bathroom and private WC and feature a fully fitted kitchenette (microwave oven, refrigerator, electric cooktop...). All are tastefully laid out; accommodation and common areas have been created by designers and ergonomists.

Campuséa do not choose the location of its residence halls by chance. Often downtown, all are located within a secure environment, so that you can get on with studying.
